Alberta Canola 34th Annual General Meeting

Alberta Canola’s 34th Annual General Meeting will be held in Grande Prairie on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, as part of the Alberta Canola Conference.

Join Alberta Canola to receive updates on the organization’s financials and the activities and programs that are working to support the long-term success of canola farmers in Alberta.

The 2022-23 audited financial statements and the budget for the current fiscal year will be reviewed along with voting on any resolutions brought forward.

Alberta Canola's Annual General Meeting will be held as a hybrid meeting.

Eligible producers can attend in-person or online with the ability to vote.
Guests (non-voting) can attend in-person or online.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCER REGISTRATION

Eligible Producers are canola growers who have paid a service charge to Alberta Canola since August 1, 2021.

As an eligible producer, you may speak to resolutions and vote on resolutions at the Annual General Meeting.

Eligible Producers attending the AGM online must register in advance to enable Alberta Canola to verify their eligibility and send them a viewing & voting link for online attendance.

Eligible Producers that are registered for the Alberta Canola Conference in Grande Prairie are encouraged to register below. This will speed up your check-in at the event where you will receive a voting card.
